The Contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to provide grounds maintenance services in accordance with the requirements specified herein. The operations to be performed must include cutting grass, edging, collection and disposal of litter and trash, vegetation cutting and removal, underbrushing, shrub pruning and trimming, and other miscellaneous services as described herein. The location is the Snoqualmie Ranger District compound in North Bend, WA at 902 S. E North Bend Way, North Bend, WA 98045 in King County. Work will start, for the first year, from May 1st 2024 to October 1st 2024 (all following years will be April 1st to October 1st). This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. This is a one-year contract with 4 Optional Years. Optional Years might be exercise depending on funding and on the quality of work performed by the contractor on the year prior.
