PLEASE SEE THE AMENDMENT ATTACHED TO THIS SOLICITATION. The Contractor will provide Fully Functional Utility Body made of lightweight, but durable bonded and molded fiber reinforced composite which meets the attached technical specifications mounted onto Government furnished cab and chassis. Transport of government furnished incomplete cab and chassis from Colville WA to installation facility if installation facility is greater than 100 miles from Colville WA. Manufacture and install utility body onto government furnished cab and chassis. Transport of completed government vehicle with utility body installed from installation facility to Colville WA if installation facility is greater than 100 miles from Colville WA. No less than 1 year warranty on utility body. Government furnished cab and chassis will be delivered to successful bidder if within 100 miles of Colville WA. If successful bidder is more than 100 miles of Colville WA the vender shall include in the bid transportation of the incomplete cab and chassis from Colville WA to the installation facility and transportation of the vehicle with installed utility box from installation facility to Colville National Forest, Supervisors Office, 765 So. Main, Colville WA 99114. Cost of transport is to be included in the bid. Vendor is responsible arrangement and payment of transports. transport of vehicles from and returning to location above if installation facility is outside of Spokane area. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. This is Firm Fixed Price Contract.
