The Sources Sought does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to create a Vendors List of laptop and printer rental vendors that may be used by Buying Teams and Incident Management Teams to support Wildland Fire and All Hazard Incidents within Region 6 (Washington, and Oregon). Vendors shall be registered in SAM.gov. The placement of any orders IS NOT GUARANTEED. NOTE: Resources offered are critical to initial and continued incident operations and would need to be shipped and on site within 24-48 hours. This includes availability in evenings, holidays, and weekends for ordering.Resources also may be subjected to extreme environments and/or strenuous operating conditions which could include dust, heat, and smoky conditions as many Fire Camps are located in remote locations.
