AMENDMENT 0001 17 January 2024 - The Response Due Date has been extended to 02 FEBRUARY 2024 1600 PST to allow more time for site visits. Please include a signed SF30 with your offer 1.0 Scope of Project Located in the Darrington Ranger District, Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie Nation Forest is the Verlot Visitor Center (Granite Falls WA). In the parking lot of the visitor center is a flushing toilet facility with concrete vault that is in need of repairs and new parts. This toilet is used by the public on their route to their recreational destinations. Work includes the furnishing and installation of a new vault pump and floats. This includes pumping the vault and all labor and electrical work involved in the fully functional repair. 2.0 Technical Requirements / Tasks • Furnish and install new pump appropriate to the type, code, and capacity of the vault toilet. • Furnish and install floats needed for proper function. • Labor and electrical work needed for proper function. • This work includes mobilization and disposal of parts removed. 3.0 Project Location Location: Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie, Verlot Visitor Center 33515 Mountain Loop Highway Granite Falls, WA 48° 5'29.87"N, 121°46'49.88"W 4.0 Period of Performance- 90 days from Award One Firm Fixed-Priced award will be made from this solicitation; contractors must submit pricing for all items.
