The Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) / Government Technical Monitor (GTM) will inspect all completed work according to the requirements therein. The estimated contract time for this project is September 1, 2023 through August 31st 2024. This is a base 1 year contract with 4 Optional Years for a possible contract time of 5 years. Location The Mt. Adams Ranger Station compound is located at 2455 Hwy 141 in Trout Lake, Washington, in Klickitat County. Trout Lake is located approximately 25 miles north of Hwy 14 via Hwy 141.
