(vi) Description of Requirement 1.0 Scope ELEVATOR INSPECTION AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE: The contractor shall conduct routine inspections and periodic test(s) for the Colville National Forest, Supervisor’s Office (SO) building elevator system. 2.0 Period and Place of Performance ELEVATOR INSPECTION AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE: The contractor shall conduct monthly service visits, annual safety tests, and a Category 5 test, once every 5 years as required by Washington State law, for the Supervisor’s Office (SO) building elevator system. 3.0 Background The ThyssenKrupp Elevator (OEM Serial# FEE323) is also referred to as Elevator #1. 4.0 Operating Constraints The contractor must perform all work during regular business hours (8:00am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday, not including national holidays), unless otherwise arranged. Access to the building must be monitored by a Forest Service employee onsite. Final inspection will be performed and approved by Colville National Forest Engineering.
