Period and Place of Performance ELEVATOR INSPECTION AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE: The contractor shall conduct monthly service visits, annual safety tests, and a Category 5 test, once every 5 years as required by Washington State law, for the SO building elevator system.
