This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested . The solicitation number is 1240BD23Q0058 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Part 13.5. The NAICS code is 562991, small business size standard is $8 million dollars. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. for a firm fixed price contract. Description The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary for the performance of this contract in the Cle Elum Ranger District project areas shown on the attached contract map. All work performed shall be in accordance with these specifications. Hereinafter referred to as “facilities” or “toilets”, shall be chemical type toilets which shall be placed on site by the contractor at specific locations upon the COR request. These services shall be temporary in time. On call services may be provided for special events, emergency situations, and other unknown events requiring such a service. The COR may delay the placement or extend the operating season due to unknown factors. These events will be adjusted in accordance with the contract schedule of items not to exceed total estimated price. Location All units and related pumping and cleaning services will be performed within Kittitas County, Washington State; Cle Elum Ranger District, Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. Portable Toilets shall be placed at various locations. Access to the sites and other information pertinent to each area will be included with each call for service The Government will identify, with orange colored flagging at each site, the exact location for Contractor’s placement of units prior to delivery This will be a Base Year Contract with up to 4 Option Years. Prcing must be submitted for all Base, Option Items and Options Years to be considered for award.
