This property shall be used and maintained by the Contractor in accordance with the provisions of the "Government Property" FAR clause contained elsewhere in the contract: Portable AC units Pre-Vacancy Inspections Post-Vacancy Inspections Bunkhouse (Biweekly) Inspections Bunkhouse Rules and Lease Agreements The project consists of the following major items: Provide Bunkhouse with 12 individual bunkhouse spaces for Forest Service temporary employees.
