The Contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies (except government-furnished), services, permits, and license necessary to perform janitorial services for the Republic Ranger Station of the Colville National Forest. This is a Firm Fixed-priced contract for one year with 4 Optional Years. Optional Years might be exercise once we see how well the initial performance meets the Forest Service’s needs. Submit your quote by 08 November 2022 by 2:00 PM PT. Submit your Technical Information which includes Past Performance/equipment/personnel, and pricing information. No Pre Bid Meeting will be held. Project quoters are advised to visit the project site prior to submitting a quote or use the description in the Solicitation. Work for Base Year 2023 shall start 01/01/2023 until 12/31/2023. Optional Years will start on the following years if exercise. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business.
