Year-round janitorial service consists of the district office approximately 6,400 square feet. Periodic scheduled services include carpet cleaning, floor strip and wax, and external and internal window cleaning. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price, (FFP) service contract for one (1) base year and four (4) option years.
