THIS SOLICITATION IS AMENDED AND THE CLOSING DATE IS 01 AUGUST 2022 BY 2:00 PM PDST. The service covered in this solicitation and resultant contract is for invasive plant control on National Forest in Washington State using Surveys and herbicide for invasive plant treatments. Surveys with herbicide or herbicide only are listed as separate bid items and solicitations are welcome on either one or both items. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, herbicide, herbicide storage off National Forest and other materials and incidentals necessary to treat invasive plants. The Contractor shall ensure that employees can properly identify invasive plants during the treatment season and that all treatments be made in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. This contract is for 2022-2024 work on the Okanogan Wenatchee National Forest, Methow, and Naches Ranger Districts. The majority of the treatment projects are along roads or within previous timber sale stands, landings, dozerlines, and burned areas This is a Firm Fixed-priced multi-year contract with a period of Performance from contract award to October 31st 2024. WORK WILL START THE SUMMER OF 2023. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business.
