REQUIREMENTS: This is a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract. The Intent of this contract is to allow flexibility to order services at the prices specified on the schedule of items. At the begining of each year, a task order will be issued with the estimated number of units to be services for that year. The COR will then order the services as they are needed. Individual orders will include the location of the work sites, access to the sites and other information pertinent to each area will be included with each call for service The Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest Naches Ranger District has 126 Vault toilets at 54 locations that require pumping at different frequencies. See attached “Vault Table” for estimated frequencies required. See attached “Locations Map” for vault toilet locations throughout the Naches Ranger District. Services Required are on an “As Needed” call out basis as directed by the U.S. Forest Service. Pumping services are estimated to be required for a minimum of 15 vaults and a maximum of 37 vaults per year. The Government does not guarantee any number of calls for each location. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies to remove trash, pump, wash down, cleanup and dispose of all waste products. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with specifications in this contract and in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Trash from vaults is to be disposed of off National Forest Land. LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION The sites are at various locations within the Naches Ranger District (NRD) within the counties of Yakima and Kittitas. See Section J for the NRD District Vicinity Map and Toilet Locations Maps. OPTIONS: This contract will have 4 option years. Service Dates range between June 1st through May 31st
