The Contractor shall provide janitorial services for the Olympic National Forest, Hood Canal Ranger District Office in Quilcene, Washington, in accordance with the specifications contained in the solicitation, using commercial practices in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Except for property listed under “Government-furnished Property,” the Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the required janitorial services in accordance with the requirements and provisions herein. Location: Olympic National Forest, Hood Canal Ranger District, Quilcene Office is located at 295142 US Hwy 101 S. Quilcene, WA 98376 Directions: From U.S. Hwy. 101 northbound from Shelton, Washington, proceed approximately 52 miles to 295142 US Hwy 101 S. The office is on the left. No Pre Bid Meeting will be held. Project quoters are advised to visit the project site prior to submitting a quote. This is a 1-year contract with 4 Option Years. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business.
