The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor Necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the location designated on the Schedule of Items and in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. This is a performance-based service contract whereby the contractor is expected to perform the services according to commercial practices. The buildings where janitorial services are to be performed are located within the administrative compound of the Mt. Adams Ranger District, Wind River Work Center site, located at 1262 Hemlock Road, Carson, WA 98610. No Pre Bid Meeting will be held. This is a 1 year contract with 2 Option Years. This Solicitation is using the Simplify Acquisition Procedures and is less than $25,000. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business.
