The Contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies (except government-furnished items), services, permits, and license necessary to perform spraying services for the Tonasket Ranger Station. The Contractor shall at all times provide adequate supervision of employees ensuring all work is accomplished in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition. The spraying around buildings will take place 3 times a year. This is a Firm Fixed-priced contract for one year with 4 Optional Years. Optional Years might be exercise once we evaluate how well the initial performance meets the Forest Service’s needs. No Pre Bid Meeting will be held. Project quoters are advised to visit the project site prior to submitting a quote or use the description in the Solicitation. Work for Base Year 2022 shall start from contract award until 12/31/2022. Optional Years will start on the following years if exercise. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business.
