(c) This statement of objectives is issued for the purpose of gathering information to determine the feasibility of: Project Title Gifford Pinchot NF Headquarters Janitorial Services 1.0 Purpose The purpose of this requirement is to secure janitorial services for the Gifford Pinchot NF Headquarters’ Office(s) in Vancouver, Washington. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment and supplies not listed as Government-furnished items below necessary to perform services under the janitorial contract. All designated areas must present a clean, healthful, and well-kept appearance. The work will consist of cleaning floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning furnishings/furniture as noted in this Statement of Objectives. The purpose of this announcement is to conduct market research of interested contractors.
