Scope of Work: The Contractor shall supply all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to perform snow clearing for the Barlow Ranger District Compound as stated in Paragraph 8. Performance Work Statement. Additionally, the Contractor shall supply all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies and services necessary to plow the Dufur Mill Road beginning at milepost 14.53 and moving east to milepost 9.77 and including Billy Bob Sno-Park. The Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) / Government Technical Monitor (GTM) will inspect all completed work according to the requirements stated in Paragraphs 8., 9., and Attachment 4 – Project Specifications. This solicitation contemplates a firm-fixed-price (FFP) award to one company only. 2. Project Location: USDA Forest Service, Mt. Hood National Forest, Barlow Ranger District, Oregon State (Wasco County) 3. Description of Work Areas: Barlow Ranger District Office Compound--District Office Compound is occupied year-round 5 days a week. The compound contains one administrative building, Carpenter Shop, covered fuel building, one fire garage, three residential houses, two warehouses, and paved surface roads throughout. Refer to Attachment 1. Billy Bob Sno-Park, Dufur Mill Road--Dufur Mill Road (Forest Road 44) beginning at the forest boundary and heading east to the entrance of Billy Bob Sno-Park and the sno-park itself. The sno-park consists of approximately 0.1 miles of gravel road, 4,200 square yards of gravel parking lot, a warming hut and a restroom. Refer to Attachment 2 and Attachment 3. 4. Period of Performance: This purchase order will include a base year plus four option years. The commencement date is the contract award date and the overall completion date (if all option years are exercised) is November 30, 2026. 5.
