Description Contractor shall provide services to clean, sanitize and stock recreation site restrooms. Work will include removal of graffiti as needed, emptying trash cans and replacing can liners, picking up litter in and around restrooms and recreation sites and reporting vault toilet and facility conditions as needed. Background Recreation sites on the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area have historically been serviced by agency employees. Hiring employees in 2021 has been difficult and we are lacking personnel to provide necessary and required services. We will consider continuing contracting this work once we see how well the initial performance meets the public’s needs. This is a Firm Fixed-priced contract for one year with 4 Optional Years. Optional Years might be exercise once we see how well the initial performance meets the public’s needs. No Pre Bid Meeting will be held. Project quoters are advised to visit the project site prior to submitting a quote or use the maps attached to the Solicitation. Work for Base Year 2021 shall start first week of July until September 30th 2021. Optional Years will start April 1st 202X to October 31st 202X This project is 100% set aside for Small Business.
