SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT This purchase order is for services to haul and stockpile aggregate material to Albion Hill pit on the Colville National Forest, Washington State. The current stockpile at this location has been depleted. Contractor shall haul specified aggregate from a commercial source and stockpile at the Albion Hill pit (Refer to Attachment 1 – Project Maps).
