The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to secure Groundscaping Maintenance services for Tonasket Ranger District Office located in Tonasket Washington. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies (except those designated as Government- furnished) and supervision, services necessary to perform grounds maintenance. Location of the work is the Tonasket Ranger Station located at 1 West Winesap, Tonasket, WA 98855 in Okanogan County. Work will start from May 1st, 2021 to December 31st, 2021 and the following years January 1st to December 31st of each year after that. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. This is a one-year contract with 4 Optional Years.
