The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to secure Groundscaping Maintenance services for Darrington Ranger District Office located in Darrington Washington. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies (except those designated as Government- furnished) and supervision, services necessary to perform grounds maintenance. Location of the work is the Darrington Ranger District located at 1405 Emens Avenue North, Darrington, WA 98241 in Snohomish County. Work will start from April 15, 2021 to June 30, 2021 (and all following years) mow all lawns once a week, weed around signs, and using leaf blower clean the front drive. From July 1, 2021 to Oct 15, 2021 (and all following years) mow all lawns, weed around signs, and leaf blow front drive once every two weeks. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. This is a one-year contract with 4 Optional Years.
