However, all portions of the revised pages shall apply whether changes have or have not been indicated. ____________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as of FAC 2024-07, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Southeast Area Office requires reoccurring janitorial services at the Stuttgart National Aquaculture Research Center in Stuttgart, Arkansas. This Request for Quotes (RFQ), number 12405B25Q0005, is available through electronic commerce via the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. This RFQ is being issued as a total set aside for small business under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561720, Janitorial Services. The applicable small business size standard is $22.0 Million. The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price type and will include a base period and four (4) 1-year option periods. The resulting award will include five (5) line items incorporating the Performance Work Statement (PWS) listed below: CLIN 0001 – Janitorial Services, SNARC, Stuttgart, AR, Product Service Code: S201 Housekeeping Custodial Janitorial, Period of Performance 12/19/2024 to 12/18/2025.
