The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) National Sedimentation Laboratory located in Oxford, MS., has a requirement to install pony walls, electrical outlets, and requisite plumbing hookups for laboratory gas, air, and vacuum, as designated in this Statement of Work (SOW), in Lab Rooms 116, 118, 120, 122, Building 1, ARS National Sedimentation Laboratory at 598 McElroy Drive, Oxford, MS 38655; to serve as backboard for laboratory casework to be installed in a subsequent project. The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and professional services necessary to install Pony walls, outlets, and fixtures which are to be assembled and installed per the drawings contained in this Statement of Work to produce a finished and useable product. The contractor shall provide a detailed technical proposal and cost breakdown for the entire project. The solicitation number is 12405B24R0007 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $45.0 M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting a proposal. You can register on- line at www.sam.gov. If you are already registered and your registration has expired, you will need to go the SAM website and update your information. Please refer to Section L.9 (b) of the attached Clauses and Provisions for site visit information.
