The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to move a 100Kw generator and rerouting the electrical service. Contractor will provide all labor and materials for the installation of conduit and wiring to facilitate the moving of the generator approximately 75 FT at the Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center (DBNRRC) 2890 AR – 130 East, Stuttgart Arkansas 72160. A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at 10:00AM CST. Please contact Mr. Robert Ideker at 870-672-8266 if there are any issues getting to the site. Participants will meet at: USDA-ARS 2890 Highway 130 East Stuttgart, AR 72160 For the site visit, we ask the following: The names of any visitors, and whether or not they are US citizens (if not, they should bring a passport). Quote must be received not later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time Wednesday, September 4, 2024. The Untied States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Stuttgart, AR location has a requirement to move a 100Kw Generator. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the services to be preformed in strict accordance as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide all labor and materials for the installation of conduit and wiring to facilitate the moving of the generator approximately 75 FT at the Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center (DBNRRC) 2890 AR – 130 East, Stuttgart Arkansas 72160. The contractor shall include all services and field labor, equipment necessary to remove and install new chiller. USDA ARS SEA intends to issue a Request for Quotes for a firm fixed priced contract. The solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238210 with a size standard of $19.0 M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute the Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on about August 19, 2024. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for these services.
