This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Southeast Area requires audio visual upgrades for auditoriums and conference room located in Athens, Georgia. In accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 5 and 12, this Request for Quotes (RFQ), number 12405B24Q0448, is available through electronic commerce via the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. This RFQ is being issued as a total set aside for small business under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. The applicable small business size standard is 750 employees. The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price type. The resulting award will include one (1) line item incorporating the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Quotes are due no later than Friday, September 6, 2024, 4:00pm ET. All responsible sources who submit a timely quote will be considered for award. Quotes must be submitted electronically to amanda.somerville@usda.gov; no faxed or hard copy quotes are allowed.
