Statement of Work (SOW) Project: Parking Permits for Government Vehicles GENERAL INFORMATION Scope of Work: Provide parking permits for Government vehicles for use in designated parking lots/spaces. Background: VCRU is a co-located management unit housed entirely within the University of Wisconsin-Madison facilities. There are no available parking spaces for Government vehicles on site. The research unit needs to have readily available access to its Government vehicles to move from the office/lab to greenhouses and fields. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS 3.0 Technical Requirements/Tasks: The vendor will provide ten parking permits to hang from the Government vehicle’s rearview meter. The permits will allow for one space per vehicle 24 hours/day, 365 days/year in a designated parking lot. The vendor will provide snow plowing for lots. The vendor will provide notice anytime the lot is not available for permit parking due to special events or construction Permits are to be valid from September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2025. 4.0 Government Furnished: The government will ensure that the parking permit is displayed and is not hindered from view. 5.0 Deliverables / Schedule: The ten parking permits will be assigned and delivered by mail to Erika Stoltz, VCRU, 1575 Linden Drive, Madison, WI 53706 before September 1, 2024.
