This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. The USDA-ARS-SEA, Crop Genetics Research Unit in Stoneville, Mississippi has a requirement for a Walk-In Growth Chamber as per attached Specifications. Delivery address is: 141 Experiment Station Road, Stoneville, MS 38776 The quote should include Installation and all delivery costs (FOB Destination). Award will be made on Best Value to the Government considering Technical Capability, Past Performance and Price. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed priced contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the specifications that will be the most advantageous to the government in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. Responses shall include technical specifications, descriptive material and capabilities of the offeror’s equipment.
