Please do not email requesting additional information until after the posting of the solicitation notice. General Information The solicitation is anticipated to be issued in or around July 19, 2024. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in September 2024. All dates are tentative and for planning purposes only. The resulting contract shall be a Firm Fixed-Price contract. The solicitation shall be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will be a Request for Quote (RFQ). Project Information PROJECT TITLE: LED Lighting Retrofit PROJECT LOCATION: Stuttgart, AR NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM CODE: (NAICS): 238210 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $19M The anticipated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The U. S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Stuttgart National Aquaculture Research Center (SNARC) and the Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center (DBNRRC) in Stuttgart, AR has a requirement for retrofitting existing facility and parking lot lighting to LED. General Scope (further details will be made available with the RFQ)- The contractor shall provide all material, labor, and equipment to complete an LED Light retrofit for Building 1 at the Stuttgart National Aquaculture Research Center (SNARC). This will include all ceiling lights in hallways, restrooms, labs, offices, fume hoods, can lights, and exit signs. The contractor is to provide an additional 450, 4’ Type B LED T8 lamps with 5,000K that the maintenance staff will install later in areas where research cannot be disrupted. The contractor shall replace and install 3 parking lot lights with LED lights that are on dusk till dawn photocell. The contractor shall replace and install outdoor sign lighting with waterproof bar lighting and provide an additional 20 Commercial, High Voltage, round 1000W LED High Bay lights.
