Could you please find out if the ½” by ½” PVC coated flooring in Rooms 1, 3,4 & 5 should be changed to 1”x2” PVC Coated Flooring? This project is currently subject to available funding. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. Technically Acceptable; Quote clearly meets the minimum requirements of the SOW. Technically Unacceptable; Quote does not meet the minimum requirements of the SOW. The apparent successful, prospective contractor must have “acceptable” past performance.
