This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12405B24Q0142 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 81121 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. The USDA, ARS, Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center in Stuttgart, AR has the need for an annual service contract for a Hamilton Starlet Robot for three years, per the attached performance work statement. Base Period of Performance: 06/06/2024-06/05/2025 Option Year 1: 06/06/2025-06/05/2026 Option Year 2: 06/06/2026-06/05/2027 Please include the solicitation number, 12405B24Q0142, in all email communications. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed priced contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the specifications that will be the most advantageous to the government in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.
