This is a Request for Proposal for constructions services. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) Southern Regional Research Center (SRRC) located in New Orleans, LA, has a requirement to: Design, Construct, and Install Solar Panel Array. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install a solar array. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) intends to enter into a firm fixed-price contract with a single Contractor for the design and construction of onsite Photovoltaic (PV) systems located at the Southern Regional Research Center (SRRC), 1100 Allen Toussaint, New Orleans, LA 70124-4305.
