The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) Southern Regional Research Center (SRRC) located in New Orleans, LA, has a requirement to: Design, Construct, and Install Solar Panel Array. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install a solar array. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) intends to enter into a firm fixed-price contract with a single Contractor for the design and construction of onsite Photovoltaic (PV) systems located at the Southern Regional Research Center (SRRC), 1100 Allen Toussaint, New Orleans, LA 70124-4305. The solicitation number is 12405B23R0027 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The NAICS code is 221114 a size standard of 250 employees. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM) prior to submitting a proposal. You can register on- line at www.sam.gov.
