Project Title: Completion of 30 ton air handler for greenhouse bay 4 for the USDA, ARS location in New Orleans, LA. B. Competition is set aside for Small Businesses. Applicable NAICS code is 238220 Plumping, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. C. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. D. Prospective offerors shall complete block 14, 15 and 19. E. Prospective offerors shall be registered with Systems for Awards Management(SAM)with an active registration.
