The work consists of but is not limited to: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to: Perform base repair (removal and backfill approximately 300 SY) on structurally failed asphalt, Mill and overlay asphalt parking lot (12,000 SY), Seal irregular and inaccessible areas with approved coal tar based sealant (approximately 1000 SY), Replace pavement markings, and replace traffic detector loops for gate access system. This project is located at the USDA-ARS, 111 Experiment Station Road, Stoneville, MS. 38776 The solicitation number is 12405B23R0024 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFP). The NAICS code is 237310 with a size standard of $45.0 M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions.
