The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) Jamie Whitten Delta States Research Center located at Stoneville, MS., has a requirement to Remove Asphalt/install Concrete Slab. The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor is to sawcut existing asphalt, excavate existing asphalt and soil, furnish/install compacted crushed limestone, pour Concrete Slab @ 4000 PSI with steel rebar. This project is on the east side of Bldg. #21 at USDA Cotton Ginning Laboratory, located at 111 Experiment Station Road in Stoneville, MS. The contractor will provide a turn-key product to include, but not limited to, all materials as specified, the proper demolition as specified, and the installation of all material as specified in the Statement of Work. This Project is located at the USDA ARS, 111 Experiment Station Road in Stoneville, MS. The solicitation number is 12405B23R0007 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFP). The NAICS code is 237310 with a size standard of $45.0 M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM) prior to submitting a proposal. You can register on- line at www.sam.gov. If you are already registered and your registration has expired, you will need to go the SAM website and update your information.
