This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The small business size standard is $16.5M. Seeking contractor to provide One (1) year Effluent Decontamination System Preventative Maintenance to be performed in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW). Service to be performed at USDA, ARS, SEA, Aquatic Animal Health Research Unit (AAHRU), 990 Wire Road, Auburn, Alabama 36832. Service visits for a complete inspection including: Inspection of all valves and switches. Check of PLC function. Inspection of vessels and checking incoming valves. Downloading and review of data. Inspection for leaks and discussion of impending major service items if any. Includes checking calibration on all sensors and recalibrating where necessary. Includes training refresher course. Includes one engineer for one day. Travel and expenses for engineer included. Online diagnostics and support is included for one year. One-year EWON Cellular Fee for Online Diagnostics and Support.
