Typically the PCR products are gel purified and mixed with the appropriate sequencing primer. This is called a “premix” preparation by most companies. We generally send in 96-well plates of premix for sequencing. • Must be able to sequence with 96-well plate format as well as single tube. • Must have free drop-box on UF campus with free courier service. • Must have 24 hr turnaround time. • Require pricing of approx. $6/base (or less) for tubes and $4/base (or less) for plates.
