Box 2012, Milwaukee, WI 53201-2012. Johnson Controls Inc. is the only source for this commercial item pursuant to the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(l) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Only one Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency’s Requirements. The award will be to purchase the following product/services: The USDA ARS SEA will award a contract to maintain the York Chillers and the Metasys BAS controls as one component only and only a qualified York/BAS technician can operate and repair controls. Johnson controls Inc. is the only vendor that can provide the updates to the Metasys BAS controls, no other vendor has rights to the software. Without the annual maintenance of the chillers, the chiller will be inoperative.
