The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) Research Facility, located in Jackson, TN, has a requirement (subject to the availability of funds) to remove existing Boiler and reinstall new Lochinvar FTX725N Heating Boiler or approved equal. The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work in strict accordance with these Statement of Work/Specifications to remove Existing Boiler and reinstall new Lochinvar FTX725N Heating Boiler or approved equal. The boiler shall be a high efficiency, fully condensing, natural gas fired heating boiler with 725,000 Btu/hr input and 705,000 Btu output. This project is located at USDA-ARS, 605 Airways Blvd. Jackson, TN. The solicitation number is 12405B22R0027 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $16.5M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM) prior to submitting a proposal. You can register on- line at www.sam.gov.
