The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) located in Mississippi State, MS., has a requirement to replace a Building Automation System, Controls and Fan Coil Units. The solicitation number is 12405B22R0003 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFP). The NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $16.5M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions. The work includes but is not limited to: The Contractor will provide all new equipment, labor, and materials per the SOW. Contractor to Demo existing fan coil units approximately 33 units, Demo existing BAS Johnson automated logic controllers, other devices and controllers. Contractor to install new fan coil units and install new a BAS Honeywell web based BACnet communications or JACE Niagara system (or approved equal) with all new wiring and devices stated in the SOW to operate fan coil units, chiller, boilers, motor starters, and exhaust fan system for the R.W. Harned Building #1 at the USDA-ARS MS State. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM) prior to submitting a proposal.
