The instrument must be smaller than 16” W x 13” H x 12” D, able to analyze all plant tissues, have UV LED (365nm) and Green Laser (30mW, 532 nm), able to adjust aspiration speed. The accuracy of the instrument must be +/- 1 chromosome. The sample preparation for the instrument does not require staining of metaphase chromosomes. The range of particle detection must include small (100nm) and broad (100nm-100um).
