This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.06 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12405B22Q0405 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. This requirement is solicited as a total small business set aside. The associated NAICS Code is 337127 and the size standards in number of employees is 500. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Southeast Area (SEA), Coastal Plain Soil, Water and Plant Conservation Research, Florence, SC location has a requirement for lab cases and countertops to be completed in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW). FAR clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 (and any addenda to those clauses) are included in the attached clauses and provisions document. In order to be considered for award Offerors shall provide: Fully completed and signed SF 1449 Offer page providing Solicitation number; Acknowledgement of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30) if any, completing blocks 15A, B, and C of SF-30; Provide SAM UEI Number. Quotation on company letterhead detailing the item description, unit price per item, shipping/handling/delivery costs, and total price. Document shall provide detailed pricing breakout in accordance with the CLIN structure and items requested. Quotation must be valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quotation. Can you please advise if you need Epoxy Resin specifically because the current lead time if the order is placed today would be December ship for the countertops so no installation till January at the earliest. A1. The epoxy resin countertops are what is needed for this project. We understand the shipping delay, but are willing to wait.
