This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12405B22Q0176 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. The associated NAICS Code is 333111 Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing. Description of Work: The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agriculture Research Service (ARS), Dale Bumpers Small Farms Research Center (DBSFRC), Booneville, AR location has a requirement for one (1) 4”X6” round hay bailer with Silage Pre-cutter w/ Connectivity to existing tractors in strict accordance with attached requirements; Ensure compatibility with existing tractors owned by Booneville, AR location, baler MUST pair directly with existing 2016 John Deere Tractor 6130R-Series Command Center 4600 display. Round hay bailer must also meet all requirements as detailed in attached requirements. DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTE: In order to be considered for award, Offerors shall respond by submitting: One (1) original fully completed and signed SF-18 (complete Blocks 13, 14, 15, and 16). Provide SAM Unique Entity ID. Providing a quote on company letterhead addressing all of the requirements of the RFQ, clearly note per item pricing, shipping/handling/delivery costs, and be valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote. Have an Active SAM.gov registration and complete the Representations in FAR 52.204-54; the Representation and Certification section should also be completed electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. FAR clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 (and any addenda to those clauses) are included in the attached clauses and provisions document.
