This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. The USDA has a requirement for Emergency Repairs of two (2) Cell Cooling Tower, located at the USDA-ARS Vegetable Laboratory in Charleston SC., in accordance with the attached SOW. The service is to be performed at the USDA-ARS-VEGETABLE LABORATORY 2700 Savannah Highway, Charleston, SC 29414.
