This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-01. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service require purchase of two (2) each of a global nanobubble/ozone generator to test the efficacy of nano bubbles and ozone gas in killing 99.9% of all pathogens in poultry carcasses and meat. The unit shall be able to address Nano bubbles in the range 120-200 nanometers. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed priced contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the specifications that will be the most advantageous to the government in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.
