This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12405B22Q0025 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS Code is 561720 Janitorial Services, and the Small Business Size Standard is $19.5 million. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. Description of Work: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service, Invasive Plant Research Laboratory requires janitorial services. Work includes janitorial services for four (4) buildings, consumable supplies provided by ARS location as noted in attached Statement of Work. Janitorial services are to be performed at the IPRL in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The requirements are further listed in detail in the attached Statement of Work. Period of Performance Dates: Base Year - 03/01/2022 - 02/28/2023 Option Year 1 - 03/01/2023 - 02/28/2024 Option Year 2 - 03/01/2024 - 02/28/2025 Option Year 3 - 03/01/2025 - 02/28/2026 Option Year 4 - 03/01/2026 - 02/28/2027 Site Visit: Bidders are encouraged to visit the site and be escorted by a government representative to confirm locations, dimensions, and conditions of the project before a quotation is submitted. The site visit shall be for the purpose of observing firsthand any conditions relevant to the completion of this project. No consideration will be given to claims based on lack of knowledge of existing conditions, except where contract documents make definite provisions for adjustment in cost or extension due to existing conditions not readily foreseeable.
