The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) in Tifton, GA., has a requirement to replace the HVAC Controls System installed in Buildings 54 and 55 located at 2381 Rainwater Road, Tifton, GA. 31793. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions.
