The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) in Griffin, GA., has a requirement for a new (LED) Grow Light System in the 35’x32’ Greenhouse Bay #4. The solicitation number is 12405B21R0045 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFP). The NAICS code is 238210 with a size standard of $16.5M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions. The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor shall provide all professional services necessary to furnish and install a new (LED) Grow Light System in the 35’x32’ Greenhouse Bay #4 and wire them to the corresponding controllers at the USDA, ARS Plant Genetic Resources Conservation Unit Greenhouse Complex, Bldg 4385 located at 1109 Experiment Street, Griffin, GA. 30223. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM) prior to submitting a proposal. You can register on- line at www.sam.gov.
