The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), has a requirement for replacement perimeter fencing at its facility located at Mississippi State, Mississippi. The requirement will include removal and disposal of the existing fencing. Contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete the project. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238990 and is being competed to qualified small businesses. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions.
